3. Applications and PARAVOX
Our applications, including PARAVOX releases, are provided as software tools and experiences. Outputs and app-generated results are provided for informational use and are not guaranteed to be accurate for every context.
4. Services and proposals
Inquiry submissions and discussions do not create a contractual relationship. Development services begin only after both parties execute a written agreement defining scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Intellectual property
All software, designs, branding, content, and assets provided by EION Development are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these terms or a signed agreement.
6. Third-party links and services
Our sites and apps may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
